The Daily Dose

Each round, you're faced with a new set of pills. Their effects are a mystery. One might heal you, another could be harmful, and a third might be instantly fatal. Will you trust your gut, or try to read your opponent's tells?

Watch Your Resistance

Every pill you swallow has an impact on your body's Resistance. This is your lifeline. Manage it carefully, because if it drops to zero, the experiment is over for you. Survival means making smart, calculated risks.

Tip the Scales

You're not completely helpless. Between rounds, you'll get access to experimental items and treatments. Use a Vaccine to negate the next pill's effect or a Mouth Clamp to force a choice. These tools can dramatically shift the odds if used at the right moment.

A Battle of Wits
